3. Payment and Commission

All payments go directly to Foodlistin 

We deduct a commission (as specified on our website before releasing payment to the seller.

Commission is non-refundable once the order is confirmed as delivered.

4. Disputes and Refunds

Buyers may raise a dispute before 5 days of delivery.

Foodlistin will investigate and may request evidence from both parties before releasing money

Refunds will be issued at our sole discretion based on the investigation outcome.

5. Prohibited Activities

Sellers are not allow to Sell illegal or restricted products.

Provide false information or impersonate others.

Attempt to bypass our payment system.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, involves fraud, or damages our platform’s integrity.

7. Limitation of Liability
